  8. Collection of the first installment of rent and the security deposit.
  9. The instruction of an independent inventory clerk to prepare and check an Inventory at the commencement of the tenancy.
  10. Notification of user change to service companies (i.e. gas, electricity, water) and rating authorities (if required) at the commencement of the tenancy to ensure all utilities are registered in tenant's name for the duration of the lease.
